Initial Engagement
This is where we introduce our team to you and you introduce your project to our team. Whether it be by phone, video call or on site, our goal is to be transparent in providing our services.

Consultation
If you require a second opinion or are wondering if your ideas are feasible, our team can help with an on site consultation.

Feasibility Study
Our team will research the zoning requirements and other authorities to determine what path is needed to meet your project goals. This will determine whether applications will be required for minor variances and/or approvals from authorities.

Architectural Design and Interior Design
Our team will develop design drawings based on your wants for the project. A balance of form and function along with creative options will be explored. Once design drawings are complete, our team engages other consultants such as structural engineer, surveyor, planner, heating/ventilating/air conditioning as required to produce a permit set of drawings ready for application.

Acting as Agent
Our team will act as agent for your project. This service includes the preparation of all required documents for building permit application. Acting as Agent allows signing authorization on your behalf for the project only and benefits with direct communication from the various building agencies. Our team will keep you informed with the process and make any required changes with your approval along the way.
